The law we follow
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our processing is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Subject Access Requests (SAR)
You have the right to ask for a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time. We will respond within one calendar month of receiving your request at no charge. To submit a request, please email compliance@3ripple.com or write to our registered address.
Personal data breaches
In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we are legally required to report it to the ICO within 72 hours. Where a breach is likely to result in high risk to you personally, we will also notify you directly without undue delay, explaining what happened and what steps we have taken.
